Industrial Acoustic Enclosure
We are engaged in offering a wide gamut of Industrial Acoustic Enclosures, which are designed to reduce noise pollution created by industrial equipment. We use bonded mineral wool as per the IS 8183 & BS 3958 standard having density of 64, 96 110 kg /m3.
The industrial acoustic enclosures are provided with carrier fans (exhaust) for the requirement of air for the generator set & compressor inside the canopy. The fans acts as equitant to the flow required by the generator for radiator cooling alternator cooling and for combustion to avoid the deterioration of the generator set. These provide sufficient quantity of louvers for the suction of cold air and for the dissipation of the hot air without affecting the efficiency or the performance of the generator set.
Design and Function:
- The body of the enclosure is made out of preformed heavy gauge sheet metal section & reinforcement with fabricated super structure
- The insulating material used inside is fire retardant and vermin proof temperature can withstand up-to 1000 deg. C
- EPDN gaskets are provided to all the doors and joints to reduce the noise generated by the generator set and make it weather proof
- Glass panels are provided on both the doors for monitoring & visibility to the generator
- Emergency stop switch temperature gauge fire alarm systems are also provided for the safety of the generator set
- Maximum space is provided inside the enclosure for easy maintenance and asses
- The bolted structure provides easy removal of panels for major work and shifting
- All the doors are fitted on heavy duty hinges and locked
